Theros All Suite Hotel - Adults Only

“Theros All Suite Hotel delivers immaculate design alongside genuinely warm and personal service. This was my third visit to Kos and second stay at Theros, which reflects how comfortably it earns a return. The property makes a good first impression, with polished architecture and a refined aesthetic throughout the resort . The suites are spacious and provide a high level of comfort, offering a calm and relaxing environment. Built around inner courtyards and a mature Mediterranean garden of palm, olive and lemon trees. The hotel is conveniently located, a short walk from the sandy stretch of Lambi beach and approximately 15 to 20 minutes on foot from Kos Town. The airport is around a 35 minute drive, so a transfer or hire car is worth arranging in advance. As with much of the island, travelling further afield requires the use of taxis or a hire car. Service is where Theros truly excels. From reception to the restaurant and pool team, staff consistently delivered professional and genuinely warm hospitality, with a family feeling that runs throughout the property. The team were helpful and accommodating throughout, and it is this quality of service, more than any single facility, that defines the stay and brings me back. Breakfast is a significant highlight. The range is wide and the standard high, with premium ingredients and produce, much of it locally sourced. It was consistently fresh, well prepared and enjoyable, and contributed greatly to the overall experience. The one area that fell short was the gym. While functional, its size and the breadth of its equipment did not match the standards found elsewhere across the resort, and this is the single aspect I would hope to see improved on a future visit. In summary, Theros All Suite Hotel distinguishes itself through immaculate design, a genuine sense of calm and exceptional, personal service, supported by strong dining. For travellers prioritising tranquillity, aesthetic quality and warm hospitality over resort scale and extensive facilities, it remains a very strong option in Kos, and one I would happily recommend.”

“Had a very relaxing time at theros! As for pros: The whole complex with its pools and plants is just breathtaking and perfect for a relaxing holiday. The private beach with the free sunbeds was amazing and we could enjoy the beach the whole day. A big thanks to Albert (beach staff) and kamil for being so friendly and extremely attentive! The yoga was an amazing experience as well, I loved the trainer a lot and it was such a good start of the day. The free steamer in the room was very convenient! As for the cons: A lot of other staff members were sadly not that attentive. There were several times during breakfast where we werent asked what we wanted to drink and we had to go up to the staff and ask ourselves. In the evening we were sitting at the bar area multiple times with no one seeming to be interested in serving us despite having been there for at least 15 minutes and it not being busy at all. The food unfortunately didnt really fit the otherwise amazing vibe of the hotel either. The greek BBQ meat was really dry, the food was expensive and the dish consisted mostly of potato wedges. We noticed that the restaurant and bar area was never really busy during the evening and I guess the reason is the food. We liked the snacks for lunch but wouldnt recommend getting dinner here, there are much better spots in the city center (like Barbouni). I’m always keeping in mind that this is a 5 Star Hotel - we dont mind a few slip ups but these are just too many for a high class hotel. The reception when entering gives off a really chaotic vibe too - paper (and data of other guests) was lying around everywhere, the table and the whole setup just doesnt match the otherwise luxurious vibe. To sum it up: we would definitely come again to enjoy a relaxing holiday in this stunning little paradise but definitely wouldnt go to any of the restaurants anymore.”

We stayed in a Pool View Suite, and it was absolutely dreamy—stylish, comfortable, and the perfect place to relax. The pool area was one of our favorite spots. It was calm, beautifully maintained, and ideal for spending peaceful days by the water. What truly made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and polite throughout our entire stay. From the smooth check-in to our departure, they made us feel genuinely cared for and ensured everything was perfect. We highly recommend Theros All Suite Hotel to anyone visiting Kos. We can’t wait to come back again soon!”

“We spent a fantastic week at Theros. The hotel has an ingenious architecture which lets a breeze pass through the building complex and keeps it nice and cool even on the hottest days. Several pools, so always possible to find a chair. Tastefully furnished lobby area and apartments, and friendly staff! Breakfast was superb, the lunch menu is not long but the dishes are tasty and we ended up having our lunches there most days. The hotel has a calm location a short distance from the city centre. There is a bike rental a block away, and riding a bike is a real winner in the hot climate, if you like to move around a bit, or go to town for dinner. We usually don’t go back to the same place again, but seriously consider coming back to Theros. Thanks for a great start of our holidays!”

“From the moment my friend and I arrived, we felt like princesses. The hotel is brand new, sparkling, beautifully designed, and incredibly peaceful. We initially received the room we had booked, but the view wasn’t exactly what we had hoped for. The next day, the team surprised us with an upgrade to a room with a private pool. They absolutely didn’t have to do that, which made the gesture even more meaningful. It truly made our vacation unforgettable. Thank you so much for such incredible hospitality.
