“OROS Luxury Beach Resort is a truly exceptional place. It’s hotel with stunning sea views, comfortable rooms and a peaceful atmosphere. What impressed us most was the service — from reception and the restaurant team to the beach staff, everyone was professional, kind and genuinely attentive. A special thank-you to Aristea at Orizontal restaurant and Irini at Reception, as well as to the manager, Nikos, who personally makes sure that every detail is taken care of and that guests feel truly welcome. Breakfasts were delicious and offered a great variety, and the Pool Club is definitely worth visiting for lunch or dinner. We booked directly with the hotel on a breakfast-only basis and were pleasantly surprised by the reasonable prices in the hotel shop, at the beach and for room service. Despite the hotel’s high standard, guests are not overcharged, which we really appreciated. The hotel is in a secluded location, so renting a car is highly recommended if you want to explore Crete. We used the car rental company recommended on the hotel’s website, which was more affordable than arranging a car through the hotel. Warm greetings to Christos! There is also a bus stop nearby with connections to Chania and Rethymno. A perfect choice for a relaxing holiday and a great base for discovering northern Crete. Highly recommended!”

I’ve been many places but this was the first where bed sheets were changed EVERY single day so we could enjoy room as we’ve got the first day.
