“Lovely seafront small and personal hotel. Excellent staff. Morning chef always remembered my gluten free bread. Friendly and half hour from airport. Nice seafront walk on the promenade. Recommend top floor 8 as great views and a duplex if you're with older kids. +16. Good nightly entertainment given that it's only small easy short walk to bus stop for days out. 12 euros to aquapark or el tablero shopping centre. Great food. Don't bother with free option at restaurant next door called Las Burras as its rubbish compared to the hotel food serving only limited options and drinks for hotel guests. Nice touch with pillow choices free flip flops and dressing gown. Cute pools and Excellent premium access solarium. The chap bringing out drinks and snacks there is lovely.”

“We got a beautiful ocean view room on the 7th floor. The room and the hotel are clean, modern and the view is simply perfect. The breakfast is very plentiful, there are a lot of fresh vegetables and fresh fruits. We personally loved the representation and the taste of the daily fresh home made juices like the fruits in the small bowl shows what is inside of it. The staff here are very friendly, helpful and smiling. There is a black cat in front of the hotel, he is very cute. The hotel is close to the ocean and the bus station. Overall we had a good time in this hotel and we recommend it.”

“During our holiday on the island of Gran Canaria we stayed at Dunas Hotel in San Augustin. What a great hotel. We had a warm welcome at the reception and the room with direct access to the pool was spacious and clean. The shower is missing ventilation, the toilet is way too low and we missed a trash can under the sink. Perhaps some points to improve on for the future. Wifi and airconditioning are steady and work well. The infinity pool was where we spent most of our time and it was só calm and relaxing there. Most of the staff at the pool, in the restaurant and the bar hall is friendly and welcoming. Anthea, Stefania and Alexander stood out amongst others but unfortunately we didn't get their names. “Great hotel in a great location with a beautiful location next to the beach. The rooms are great and spacious, but the staff is amazing. Everyone is very friendly from the welcome at the reception to the breakfast buffet and evening buffet at the restaurant. Food is really great as well with a huge variety to choose from every day. A big thank you especially to Rosa and her breakfast team, she helped us every morning to have a great start into the day! Muchas gracias!!!”
