“I’ve had the pleasure of staying at this hotel twice and it’s truly the most relaxing and luxurious place to stay. From the warm welcome at check in to the incredibly kind and helpful staff, nothing beats Aspaki. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with very clean bedding and towels. The private pool overlooking the beautiful view is so special. The staff really takes good care of guests, too. Everyone from housekeeping to reception and the bar. They made both of our stays that much better. Very friendly and warm. They offer a lot of options for breakfast and all of it is incredible. Can’t recommend this hotel enough! Already looking forward to staying here again in the future!”

The breathtaking views over the caldera and the domes and new and old part of the city are outstanding as the location is great! The room we had is extraordinary! The staff is exceptional and so accommodating and helped with all of our needs including the chef making a tiramisu cake for my husband for his milestone birthday!! And he brought it to our table himself! The food is excellent! We just can’t say enough about this hotel! A 10/10!! Thank you for everything! We loved our time here!”

While people were lining up outside to admire Oia’s famous scenery, we could enjoy the same spectacular panorama directly from the hotel, in complete comfort and without any crowds. The team truly goes the extra mile. When I mentioned my favorite gin, Tassos arranged for it to be delivered from a sister hotel about a mile away so I could enjoy it while watching the sunset. “With all the excitement and hype surrounding Santorini, we initially weren’t sure which part of the island to visit or where to stay. We simply knew it was a must-see destination in Greece. Like many travelers, we had seen photos of the iconic blue domes, but only after doing some research did we learn that they are located in Oia—an area known for its breathtaking views and charm. After exploring recommendations on TripAdvisor, we discovered that Aspaki Exclusive Hotel was among the highest-rated properties in Oia. Based on those reviews, we chose to stay there from March 22 to March 28, 2026—and it turned out to be one of the best decisions of our trip. We were advised to park at the nearby post office parking lot, which was convenient and free. From there, Jalal warmly assisted us by carrying our luggage and guiding us to the hotel. Upon our arrival around 5:00 PM, we were graciously welcomed by Joanna, whose kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism immediately stood out—especially as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. She took the time to walk us through the hotel amenities, explain the breakfast ordering process, and suggest activities such as a yacht cruise, horseback riding, and flying dress photoshoot. When we entered our room, we were genuinely touched by the thoughtful anniversary surprises awaiting us: chocolates, wine, a balloon, and a handwritten card. These small but meaningful gestures set the tone for an unforgettable stay. Although we had originally booked a honeymoon suite with a jacuzzi, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to an executive suite with a private cave pool—an incredible and memorable experience. The following morning, we met Nepheli at reception, who was equally welcoming, helpful, and kind. Over the next few days, we also had the pleasure of meeting Chris, who continued the same high level of service and hospitality. While the views from Aspaki are truly breathtaking—arguably among the best in Santorini—the true highlight of our stay was the exceptional staff. The restaurant team, including Thasus, Nikki, Jon, Elias, and the excellent chefs, went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary needs and ensure every meal was enjoyable. Every staff member we encountered greeted us with warmth and genuine friendliness, making us feel truly valued as guests. It’s difficult to fully capture in words just how special our stay at Aspaki was. From the stunning panoramic views—offering a rare vantage point of both sides of the peninsula—to the unmatched service, every moment exceeded our expectations. On the morning of our departure, we were genuinely saddened to leave. Without hesitation, we can say that if we return to Santorini, we would absolutely stay at Aspaki again. We also learned that its sister property, Oia Castle, offers one of the best sunset views on the island—making it another place we would love to experience in the future. The quality of service, attention to detail, and overall experience were more than worth the price.
