“Our stay at Princess Hotel Santorini exceeded all of our expectations and was one of the highlights of our trip to Greece. From the moment we arrived at 9:00 AM on Saturday, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Although check in wasn’t until later, our beautiful ocean view room was ready by noon, which was greatly appreciated after traveling. A special thank you to Romina at the front desk, who was absolutely phenomenal throughout our stay. She was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful with every request. She made arranging all of our transportation effortless, and the hotel’s WhatsApp communication made it so easy to ask questions or request anything we needed. Another outstanding team member was Michaela at the breakfast restaurant. She was super accommodating and truly went out of her way to take care of us. Since breakfast had ended before our room was ready, she made sure we were served by the pool between 11:00 AM and noon, which was an incredibly thoughtful gesture that we really appreciated. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and offered stunning ocean views. One of the things we loved most about the hotel was its location. It’s perfectly situated between the busy towns of Oia and Fira, making it easy to visit both while returning to a peaceful, quiet setting away from the crowds. If you’re looking for a relaxing place to stay without all the noise and congestion, this is the perfect location. The only small disappointment during our stay was the pool area. It was much smaller than we expected based on the photos. However, this was a very minor issue and certainly didn’t take away from our overall experience. The entire property was beautifully maintained, and the level of hospitality from every staff member made us feel like valued guests from start to finish. If you’re visiting Santorini, I highly recommend Princess Hotel. The exceptional service from Romina, Michaela, and the entire team made our vacation even more memorable. We would absolutely stay here again.”
