“We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Palais de Roses in Agadir after flying from the UK, and we wanted to say a heartfelt thank you to every member of staff for making our holiday so memorable. 🌟 Despite our very late arrival due to a delayed flight, the team welcomed us with genuine warmth, helped us with our luggage, got us settled into our rooms quickly, and even arranged a hot meal for us in the early hours of the morning. That level of care made such a wonderful first impression. The food throughout our stay was excellent, with a fantastic variety of options, including the on-site bakery and restaurants. The entertainment provided by the animation team was outstanding, ensuring both adults and children had plenty of fun activities to enjoy every day. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the pool and splash park. The facilities were immaculate, spacious, and well maintained, with plenty of attentive lifeguards on duty. While a small number of guests unfortunately behaved in a way that affected the cleanliness and safety around the pool, the management team responded promptly and dealt with the situation professionally, which we really appreciated. Overall, our experience was nothing short of five stars. From the exceptional hospitality to the fantastic facilities, everything exceeded our expectations. We wouldn't hesitate to return in the future and highly recommend Palais de Roses to anyone looking for a memorable family holiday in Agadir. “This is one of the best hotels I have ever visited. The rooms were absolutely stunning—spacious, immaculate, and beautifully presented. The food was exceptional throughout our stay, and the indoor pool was a wonderful feature. The hotel itself was spotless and very well maintained. A special thank you to FATIMAEZZAHRA, our housekeeper, who was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive. Her kindness made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was excellent, with a great variety of options available. We particularly enjoyed the freshly made pasta at the buffet, prepared exactly to our preference, as well as the selection of restaurants on offer. The bakery was a fantastic addition and provided a great selection of fresh treats at any time of day. The gym was also excellent, with a wide range of well-maintained equipment. “We had such an amazing stay at Pickalbatros Palais des Roses! The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning beach views and its own private section on the beach. There was always a sun lounger available which made relaxing by the pool and beach so easy. A special mention to Abdessamad, who served us during the evenings — he was absolutely lovely and treated us so well throughout our stay. His kindness and great service really made our holiday extra special. The food was amazing overall. There may not have been a huge variety for picky eaters, but we always found something we enjoyed eating every day. The drinks were also really good, and they were never shy with bottled water which we appreciated so much. Room service and housekeeping were excellent. Our room was spotless every single day, and for my birthday they decorated the room beautifully and even surprised me with a little cake, which was such a thoughtful touch. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely return. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so memorable!”

“From the start to end, the service, the communication and care was excellent - every single person working there. At the reception Ikram took care of everything - she’s very polite, professional and very welcoming! She is very attentive, very professional and very friendly. She is outstanding. Rooms were clean and big! Housing keeping ladies were great. The food options are excellent- so much to choose from. The blue restaurant was amazing! So much seafood. Great variety! Pool area, entertainment, beach, bakery, restaurant and bar etc was 10/10 - the service, the food and options. If I were too say something needed improvement will be WiFi. I would definitely recommend this resort to friends and family - I will return again!”
