Our wedding coordinator, Margarita was the kindest and warmest person we could have hoped for and she made every wish we had come true down to the slightest details.”

“A breathtaking wedding venue with truly exceptional service. We had our wedding at the Panorama Balcony at Canaves Oia Suites, and it was everything we hoped it would be. The setting is almost impossible to describe without sounding exaggerated. The balcony, the caldera views, the sunset, and the overall atmosphere were absolutely stunning. Our wedding photos from the balcony are some of the most beautiful pictures we have ever seen. What made the experience even more special was Melanie. From the very beginning, she was incredibly patient, organized, kind, and thorough. She walked us through every detail carefully, helped us coordinate vendors, and answered all of our questions. The day before the wedding, she met us for a walkthrough and could not have been more gracious and professional. Her attention to detail and genuine kindness made such a difference. On the wedding day itself, everything came together beautifully. The venue was elegant, the setup was perfect, and the views were unforgettable. We could not have asked for better service or a more spectacular place to get married. Canaves Oia Suites gave us the Santorini wedding we had dreamed of, and Melanie was a huge reason it felt so seamless and special. “We stayed here for our honeymoon last week and it was incredible! The view from our suite was astonishing! The hotel staff are so very sweet and helpful, and the housekeeping staff were so kind and on top of their job! Our room would be clean and tidy by the time we got back from all our excursions! They truly go above and beyond, not only with their housekeeping, but by making you feel welcomed as well. Breakfast was incredible at their restaurant, with the best servers and most DELICIOUS food (not to mention the most beautiful views). We loved getting to chat with the servers and tell them about our previous day and plans for the day. There are many stairs in this hotel, and many in Santorini in general, so just be prepared for a brisk climb whenever leaving your room! I’m sure it’s the case with all hotels in this area, and they do have an elevator for some floors. The only small complaint we had was that our plunge pool had many issues, which they worked on throughout the week. It never got very warm (it’s supposed to get up to 30°C), and the jacuzzi was not working for half of the stay. Nevertheless, the staff was very responsive on this issue and worked very quickly to get it fixed!”
